FAQ
What is clavicle support in a posture corrector?
Clavicle support refers to straps that wrap around the clavicle (collarbone) area and shoulders to gently pull them back into correct alignment. This corrects the forward rounding of the shoulders that causes hunchback posture. Clavicle support posture correctors are particularly effective for correcting rounded shoulders and forward head posture caused by prolonged desk work and device use.
Is neoprene comfortable for posture correction?
Yes. Neoprene provides a comfortable combination of warmth, mild compression, and flexibility that makes it well-suited for posture correction. The warmth helps relax tense back muscles, while the mild compression increases body awareness of the back position. The breathable mesh panels in this design prevent overheating during extended wear.
Can this posture corrector help with forward head posture?
Yes. By pulling the shoulders back and aligning the thoracic spine, this posture corrector helps reduce the forward head position that often accompanies rounded shoulders. When the shoulders are correctly aligned, the head naturally returns to a more neutral position above the spine. For best results, combine with neck stretches and ergonomic adjustments to your workspace.
