Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unwashed, and NEW with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@wearflexvibe.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs, taxes, and other fees involved in returning an item. We recommend returning your package with a valid tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@wearflexvibe.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including gift cards, final-sale items, and bulk-sale orders — unless the item arrives with a quality issue or defect. Please get in touch if you have any questions about whether your specific item is eligible.

Exchanges
Our store does not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags,and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify yor the refund was approved. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process the return after it arrives. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method — depending on your bank or
credit card company, it can take up to two billing cycles for our statement. If more than 15 business days have passed sincewe've approved your return, please contact us at support@wearflexvibe.com.
